The remote assistance service, certified under APSAD R31 (P2, P3, and P5), accredited by the CNAPS (National Council for Private Security Activities), and a member of the AFRATA Quality Charter, holds dual certification as both a remote assistance provider and a remote monitoring service. It is available 24/7/365 and, upon activation of an alert by the device, discreetly monitor the situation through the device that triggered the alert.

The results of the covert monitoring are then transmitted to national law enforcement agencies (via dedicated toll-free numbers), enabling them to verify the situation and tailor their response to the level of risk involved, in addition to facilitating comprehensive risk management through our devices, including: incidents of assault, break-ins, and the risk of terrorist attacks.
Recordings made by our call center following the triggering of an alert are retained for six months and may be used as evidence in court.
