This training session lasts an average of 20 to 25 minutes and includes a demonstration phase, a hands-on testing phase, and a Q&A session.

You will have access to the following:
Training materials, user guide, MP3 files of alarm tones, guide to preparing for a drill, etc.
Advanced training for administrators of the My Keeper solution (architecture, tools, configuration, etc.) and specialized training on monitoring the solution.
Our support team is also available throughout the duration of your contract to answer your questions at no additional charge.
Presentation, demonstration, and hands-on training on the installed SecurIT devices (overview of the devices, basic features, features of the Athena+ beacon, Hestia+ and Artemis+ sirens, etc.).
My Keeper trains team leaders and users at each site.
Upon completion of this training, My Keeper provides a training video that enables site managers to train their staff, as well as all the necessary materials (in PDF and editable formats) for understanding and properly using the system (best practice guides and equipment user manuals). Multiple training sessions can be conducted on the same day to ensure that both users and project managers are trained (training on how to use the management interface). Additional training can be provided remotely afterward. During the training, we provide users with demonstration kits that allow them to handle and test the equipment, serving as an initial introduction and familiarization with the system.
