My Keeper is constantly improving its software to ensure you have access to the latest features and to meet your security needs.

Automatic daily self-tests

A test is performed on each compatible device every 5 minutes, allowing you to monitor the devices’ operational status. These self-tests can be viewed at any time via the management interface (secure web page), which will be made available to the project owner and the administrators designated by your department.
We perform daily comprehensive maintenance on all hardware and software using the self-tests that report the status of the devices on the site.

Remote maintenance

Save time: Performing daily equipment checks instead of annual tests helps avoid significant additional costs and ensures that the system is operational.
Address failures as quickly as possible by replacing defective equipment with new units.

Weekly reports

Detailed weekly reports are also emailed every Monday to school principals and other administrators.

Scalable maintenance

My Keeper provides ongoing maintenance, allowing you to benefit from software updates and enhancements at no additional cost.

Warranty

My Keeper is your security partner. We provide warranty coverage, maintenance, and after-sales service for the entire duration of the contract (at least 3 years).
