My Keeper systems serve the public interest and perfectly complement private security services (security guards). They enable users to:
Have a staff member trigger the alert using a mobile device (Athena Beacon) or a fixed device (Athena Siren)
Notify the Urban Monitoring Center and any person designated as a My Keeper remote assistance contact.

During installation, My Keeper identifies each equipped area and staff member, as well as each location, in order to relay the information as accurately as possible to emergency contacts (municipal police, city hall, and on-site staff on a voluntary basis) and to state law enforcement or the fire department, depending on the nature of the alert.
